If Your Vehicle is in need of non-accident related Roadside Assistance, You must call the toll-free number listed above for service. For the term of this Service Contract, the benefits below are available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States and Canada. No deductible is applied.

Alternate Transportation Benefit.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown of a covered part during the term of your MVP plan, you will be reimbursed for Substitute Transportation expenses (excluding fuel, collision damage waiver and optional insurance charges) for a rental vehicle from a licensed Rental Agency up to $30.00 per day ($150.00 maximum). The daily dollar allowance is for every 8.0 hours of administrator authorized labor performed (determined by the applicable time and labor guides), up to the maximum amount specified for each repair visit. As an example, 0.1 to 8.0 labor hours qualifies for one day of rental, 8.1 to 16.0 labor hours qualifies for two days of rental, etc. A deductible does not apply to this benefit.

Towing Assistance
If your vehicle is in need of non-accident related towing just call our Roadside Assistance phone number and a tow truck will be dispatched to your location. This towing benefit will reimburse you up to $100 per incident.

Jump Starts
Turning your key and finding that your battery is dead can be a frustrating experience, but if you call (888) 233-2371, Roadside Assistance will send someone that can get you going in no time.

Flat Tire Changes
Flat tires never happen at a convenient time, but you don't need to be left stranded on the side of the road. Call our Roadside Assistance and we'll send someone to do the dirty work of putting your spare tire on for you.

Vehicle Fluid Delivery
Have you ever run out of gas, miles from a station? No need to worry. Call the toll-free Roadside Assistance number and they will get someone to bring you some fuel. You pay for the fuel and the plan covers the delivery.

Trip Interruption Benefit
During the term of your MVP Vehicle Service Contract coverage, in the event a mechanical breakdown of a covered part occurs more than 50 miles from your home and results in a repair facility keeping your vehicle overnight, the plan will reimburse you for valid receipted meal and lodging expenses up to $150.00 per day for up to 3 days. A deductible does not apply to this benefit.

Lockout Service
Your MVP plan will provide help when you are locked out of your vehicle. Just call the Roadside Assistance telephone number and someone will be dispatched to unlock your vehicle for you. A deductible does not apply to this benefit.

Concierge Service
In case of a breakdown when you are out of town the plan will provide help with hotel or motel reservations for a stranded customer requiring overnight accommodations when you call the Roadside Assistance number. It will even help you find alternative transportation or help, including emergency phone call support to relatives and police.

Transfer Benefit
Your service contract is transferable, one time only, to a private party purchaser if you sell the vehicle while the service contract is still in force (must complete transfer form and pay transfer fee). See plan for details.

Lifetime Deductible Guarantee
In the event you incur a second failure to the same covered part during the term of your MVP coverage, you will not be charged a second or any subsequent deductible for the same covered part.
